Super lean, hand-trimmed, free-range chicken is gently simmered till tender in a peanut & light coconut cream Satay Sauce. Subtle touches of chilli, garlic, turmeric and ginger are added to give, not spice-heat, but a background of spice-flavour. Served with steamed jasmine rice, and some fresh green beans on the side. A great meal for a quick lunch, or something to look forward to when you come home.
