A beautifully full-flavoured spice mix of cumin, cinnamon, saffron, coriander, garlic and parsley is combined and slowly simmered with lean chicken, tomatoes, carrots, green peas, green olives and preserved lemon to create this light and fresh middle eastern-style tagine.

We love meeting people when we're in-store. It gives us the chance to chat to them to find out what they like eating, what meals they'd like to see added, and also to get some honest feedback. This lovely comment came from someone we met when we were in one of our Canberra stores. He added that he also loves our pasta, and how hard it is to make pasta as good as that.
