Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding - Traditional Vanilla

$11.95

Our Brioche Bread & Pudding is the perfect comfort food: and it's made with brioche instead of just bread to give that extra level of luxury.

We have two B&B Puddings - this one, which is the traditional one we've all grown to know and love, as it has the flavour of vanilla you only get from real vanilla seeds from a pod. (Our other variety has added cinnamon.)

This is a really, really good Bread and Butter pudding, because it's just like eating a real home-made one. And there's nothing quite as nurturing as home food - it's like a big warm hug just when you need one the most.

You may have tried ones in the past that are heavy and stodgy. Not this one. Because our chef has used brioche it is unbelievably light. Which makes it very moreish. And incredibly easy to eat. This dessert is a real touch of luxury at any time of day.

Like all our meals, it's made with only real food: flour, eggs, butter, sugar, milk, cream and raisins. (We couldn't believe that most of the desserts we found in supermarkets are made not with butter, but with margarine!)

Also there are no numbers, thickeners, emulsifiers or artificial flavours. Only 100% real food ingredients, just like your gran and great-gran would have used.

The pudding comes in a generous 340g size, which gives serves 2 people.

Heating it in an oven will give a slightly crispy, caramelly topping with the soft pudding underneath.

Add some double cream or ice cream on the side to achieve pudding heaven.

All made by our specialist dessert and bakery chef
