Lean strips of prime Aussie Beef are braised slowly with tomatoes, onions and our full-flavoured Malaysian curry spice mix.
Chillies, ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric and garlic make a delicious curry sauce, where it's possible to taste all the spices, layer by layer as you eat. It is finished with fresh coriander and can be served with steam jasmine or brown rice and some steamed Asian vegetables, such as bok chou.

Microwave: (Dependent upon the individual microwave used.) Pop the lid of the container and place in a microwave. Cook for four minutes on high. Remove and stir. Cook for a further six minutes. Stir again and allow to rest for a few minutes before eating.
Stovetop: Allow the meal to thaw, and then heat in a pot. Bring the sauce gently to the boil, and then simmer on a low heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
