These pure, lean Aussie beef sausages are hand-made by one of our own chefs. (No matter how we tried, we couldn't find consistently good sausages to use - even from the best butchers. So, we've made them ourselves so that you can count on their quality - every single time.)
They are made with 95% pure lean beef, the tiniest amount of rice meal as a binder, and natural sausage skins.
Brown onions are slow-roasted in the oven until their natural sweetness develops, and then made into a thick brown, beefy gravy.
Sausages: 95% beef mince, rice flour meal, flavour, spice extracts, sulphites, natural lamb sausage casing.
Gravy: Beef stock (beef bones, water, onion, carrot, celery, red wine, tomato paste, vegetable oil, garlic, thyme, peppercorns, bay leaves), brown onions, butter, Worcestershire sauce, plain flour, english mustard, garlic, salt, Tuscan olive oil blend, mixed herbs, white pepper
