This mild and refreshing dish features free range chicken marinated in an exotic blend of spices and poached in coconut cream and lemon juice. Served with jasmine rice .
Coconut Chicken (66%) – Chicken thigh fillet, coconut cream, water, onion, fish sauce, salt, sugar, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, honey, vegetable oil, maize starch, paprika, garlic, ginger, ginger, cumin, coriander, hot chillies, bay leaves.)
Rice (34%) – Jasmine rice

If thawed: Peel back a corner of the plastic cover. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring once. Let stand for 1 minute. (Container is microwave-safe. Time may vary, depending on microwave oven.) If frozen, allow longer heating time.
