A milder version of the familiar Mexican favourite, with bags of flavour, but without too much heat. The chef has taken great care to let this gently bubble along whilst cooking, so that all the flavours slowly develop into a rich, deep meaty sauce. We've focussed on the flavour rather than pure heat, so for those who like it hot, we'd suggest just adding a dash or two of Tabasco or chilli oil to suit your own tastebuds.

It's packed full of flavour, yet milder on spice-heat than you might expect. For those who like it hot, we'd suggest just adding a little chilli to suit your own tastebuds. Tabasco, chilli flakes, or chilli oil work really well. Serve with rice, taco’s, burrito’s or garlic bread.
