A really good lasagna is a very hard thing to find. It took us ages to find one this good.
There are lots of bland 'fillers' out there that call themselves lasagna, but most of them aren't tasty or enjoyable. All they do is fill you up. This lasagne is made to a family-held, authentic Italian recipe, and is a joy to eat. Again and again. Beautiful silky pasta, rich creamy béchamel , and a wonderfully deep, rich and tender beef sauce. We searched long and hard for this one, so please enjoy!
Ingredients:
Pasta: Durum semolina (wheat), eggs, water salt
Sauce: Beef mince, water, tomato paste, peeled tomato, textured vegetable protein, olive oil, onion, celery, carrots, beef stock, salt, garlic, corn flour, fresh basil, fresh parsley, mixed herbs, pepper.
Bechamel: full cream milk, flour, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper
Cheese: Mozzarella, Grana Padano
Contains Gluten, Eggs & Dairy. Individual ingredients - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, spice mixes, sauces (fish, tabasco, etc) - may also contain their own preservatives/additives, although in small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish.
