Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding
There really is nothing like Merna’s Bread & Butter Pudding ! Serves 2-4 350 g Vegetarian |
This is a really, really good at Bread and Butter pudding.
You may have tried ones in the past that are heavy and stodgy. Not this one. Because she’s used brioche (with Pepe Saya butter and free range eggs) it is unbelievably light. Which makes it very moreish. And incredibly easy to eat. This dessert is a real touch of luxury the end of any day.
Ingredients:
Cream (from pasteurized cow’s milk), deluxe brioche (wheat flour, sugar, eggs, canola oil, dry yeast, soy flour, almond meal, salt, malted wheat flour), Heilala vanilla bean pods, raisins, Herbie’s nutmeg and cane sugar.
Contains Gluten, Eggs & Dairy. May contain traces of nuts and seeds. Individual ingredients - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, spice mixes, sauces (fish, tabasco, etc) - may also contain their own preservatives/additives, although in small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish.
