The chef has chosen the best chicken thigh fillets and married them with an aromatic blend of cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, ginger and a hint of chilli. Honey, fish sauce, red wine vinegar and lemon juice balance the flavours beautifully to provide you with a truly sumptuous dinner.
Simply serve with steamed jasmine rice and steamed sugar snap peas.
