Please note this is one of only 2 dishes on our menu that uses a pre-prepared paste. (All others are made from scratch from the base herbs and spices. ) As a result this sauce contains sugar, acetic acid E260, preservative E22, and food colours E110 and 122

Individual ingredients - such as coconut cream/milk, tomato paste, spice mixes, sauces (fish, tobacco, etc) - may also contain their own preservatives/additives, although in very small amounts in proportion to the cooked dish.
If thawed: Remove lid and leave resting on top. Heat for 2 minutes. Stir, then heat for another minute. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. (Container is microwave safe.) If still frozen - add extra heating time.
