Fragrant coconut rice (cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf), served with lean beef simmered till tender in rendang sauce and accompanied by ikan bilis (without peanuts)
(Just add your own boiled egg, cucumber, and chilli paste to taste, to give you a truly authentic Asian experience)
Single Serve 350g
Coconut Rice (63%): Jasmine rice, coconut milk, water, coconut powder, salt, panda leaves
Beef Rendang (37%): Beef, Rendang paste (eschallots, ginger, galangal, garlic lemongrass, dried chilli) coconut milk, water, lemongrass, tamarind, desiccated coconut, palm sugar, canola oil, salt, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, cardoon pods, ground cumin
Ikan bilis: dried anchovies
Allergen Notice: This product contains seafood (anchovies)
Pierce plastic cover several times, and place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
From Frozen: Heat for 4-5 minutes on high, or until contents are hot. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
From Thawed: Heat for 2-3 minutes on high, or until contents are hot. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
