Tarka Dahl (66%) – Yellow lentils (41%), tomato (42%), canola/olive oil, ginger (1%), garlic, salt, cumin, chilli garam masala, coriander, pepper
Saffron Rice (34%) – Basmati rice (74%), onion (20%), canola/olive oil, vegetable stock powder, salt, turmeric, cardamom, pepper, saffron
If thawed: Peel back a corner of the plastic cover. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring once. Let stand for 1 minute. (Container is microwave-safe. Time may vary, depending on microwave oven.) If frozen, allow longer heating time.
