Lean, hand-trimmed Aussie lamb is slowly cooked with potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and a touch of ale. Served with creamy mashed potato and green beans.
Lamb Casserole (45%): Australian lamb (40%), beef stock, onion, potato, mushrooms, carrots, beer, plain flour, salt, maize flour, garlic, parsley, rosemary, pepper
Creamy Mash (45%): Potato, milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg
Green Beans (9%):

This casserole can be reheated in the microwave from frozen. However, when we eat these we find that for absolutely best results - ie to keep the lamb at its most tender - it's best to gradually defrost it in the fridge (overnight or during the day) and then quickly heat it up in the microwave once its defrosted.

Open lid, and place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
From frozen: Peel back corner of lid, heat for 4-6 minutes in microwave, stir, heat again. Let stand for 2 minutes
From thawed: Peel back corner of lid, heat for 2-3 minutes in microwave, stir, heat again. Let stand for 2 minutes
