NEW ! Beef Goulash
Slowly cooked the old-fashioned way
550g - Serves 2-3
Aussie beef is slowly cooked in a sauce of home-made beef stock and tomatoes, mushrooms herbs and a dash of butter and sour cream. A main meal size for 2-3, ready to serve with your own rice, or vegetables
Australian beef (33%), our own beef stock (20%) , onion, potato, carrot, crushed tomatoes, mushroom, bay leaves, Tuscan blend olive oil, slat, pepper, garlic, butter, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, maize starch, sour cream.
This goulash can be reheated in the microwave from frozen. However, when we eat these we find that for absolutely best results - ie to keep the beef at its most tender - it's best to gradually defrost it in the fridge (overnight or during the day) and then quickly heat it up in the microwave once its defrosted.
(General guidelines, but they are dependent upon the power of your microwave)
Open lid, and place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
From frozen: Peel back corner of lid, heat for 6-8 minutes in microwave, stir, heat again. Let stand for 2 minutes
From thawed: Peel back corner of lid, heat for 3-4 minutes in microwave, stir, heat again. Let stand for 2 minutes
