Butter Chicken is by far one of the most well-known and well-liked Indian dishes. Our chefs have incorporated an exotic yet traditional blend of herbs, spices and cream to produce a meal that's deliciously light, and mild enough to be child-friendly. Just serve up with jasmine rice and garnish with coriander.

Also available in a single serve size - served with a portion of jasmine rice.

Ingredients:
Free Range Chicken thigh fillets; Butter Chicken sauce: (Tomato puree, Onion, sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Garam masala, chat masala, red chilli powder, sea salt, paprika, fenugreek, turmeric).

Please note - while this Butter Chicken Sauce has been especially made for us by an Indian spice-maker. It is one of only 2 dishes on our menu that uses a pre-prepared paste. (All others are made from scratch from the base herbs and spices. ) As a result this sauce contains sugar, acetic acid E260, preservative E22, and food colours E110 and 122
