Soft pillows of beautiful, hand-made ravioli are filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, covered in a refreshing Primavera Sauce, made from tomatoes and basil.
Pasta: Durum Semolina, eggs, water, salt
Filling: Ricotta, Wheat Flour (vitamins, thiamine, folic acid), Eggs, Spinach, Grana Padano, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
Sauce: Peeled Tomato, Tomato Paste, Bechamel, Olive Oil, Onion, Celery, Carrots, Garlic, Fresh Basil, Salt, Sugar, Pepper
Garnish: Aged Grana Padano cheese

The pasta recipe has been amended to compensate for the freezing - so that when it's reheated it's as perfect as when it was fresh. Please keep frozen until reheating, or the quality and texture of the pasta will not be as good as it could be.
Defrost pasta in microwave for 6 minutes. Then cook for 2 minutes - stir - and cook for another 2 minutes.
