Pasta: Durum semolina (wheat), eggs, water salt
Filling: Pumpkin, zucchini, ricotta, white wine, eggs, celery, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper
Sauce: Peeled tomato, tomato paste, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar
Bechamel: full cream milk, flour, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper
Cheese: Mozzarella, Grana Padano
