A medium-hot Thai curry
This beautiful curry features pure succulent chicken, simmered in our chef's red curry paste and coconut milk, with zucchini, bamboo and cherry tomatoes. This dish is finished with fresh Thai basil and lime leaves.
There's no paste used here - our chef has prepared the sauce from the individual spices up. Even Thai people have approached us to tell us how authentic it is.
A great way to warm up after a day in the cold. Best served with steamed jasmine and some steamed Asian vegetables, such as bok choy. Try it first to see how spicy it is for you, and then add extra chilli if you prefer.

Open lid, and place container on a plate to heat in microwave.
From frozen: Lift lid, heat for 2-3 minutes in microwave, stir, heat again. Let stand for 2 minutes
